本日は、弁護士会にて労働専門法律相談を実施いたします。

最近、労働法に関するご相談が多くなっております。残業代、解雇、ハラスメントなどです。

最近特にハラスメントに関するご相談が多くなっていると感じます。ハラスメントにも種類がありますが、いわゆるパワーハラスメントの場合は、それが必要な指導だったのかどうかについての線引きが難しいといえます。

Today, I am going to give legal consultation in labor law in Osaka Bar Association Office.

These days, there is a growing number of questions on labor law. Overtime, dismissal, harassment to name but a few.

Especially, I can see an increase in being asked about harassment. Harassment varies, but I would say that when it comes to so-called power harassment, it is, in general, difficult to judge if that is needed to instruct you.
