税理士の義務　Duty of Accountant

税理士には、正当な事実に基づく税務申告代理をする義務があるとされていますが、そのためには、正当な事実に基づく帳簿作成代行をする義務もあるのではないかと考えます。仮に、帳簿自体は別人が作成するとしても、その帳簿が正当な事実に基づくものであるかどうかについては、やはり税理士が確認したうえで税務申告代理をしなければならないのではないかと考えます。

It is said that accountants are responsible for filing tax returns as representatives. based on the facts and I believe they also have a duty to prepare commercial books based on the facts. Even if someone else makes the books, I think they have to check if it matches the facts before filing the tax return?
